At just £110/week including bills this room is ideal if you are on a budget and has use of all the same shared facilities as bigger more expensive rooms (2 shower rooms, comfortable living room and large well equipped kitchen).

At 13 Kingsley Road there's a comfortable communal lounge/diner with Ikea sofas, dining table & chairs and digital TV aerial connection.

The clean fully equipped kitchen has 2 electric fan ovens, 2 gas hobs, a microwave oven, 2 large fridge/freezers, 2 sinks/drainers plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor there are two clean shower rooms, each with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Outside there's a paved rear courtyard with washing lines & picnic bench.

13 Kingsley Road has gas central heating & UPVC double glazed windows & doors.

Rents at this property include water, gas, electricity and Virgin Media superfast 1 Gig WiFi, all up to a maximum of £20 per person per week.

Council tax is also included.

As well as one month's rent (£476.67), a tenancy deposit of £550.00 is required at the start of the tenancy. The cost to move in is therefore £1,026.67. Current landlord reference and proof of income/employment are always required, but we don't usually require a rent guarantor.
